Historical Family Photography - Fixing the Bike Tyre

Continuing my look back at old family photos and the stories behind them (you can see last week's post here), this is today's photo:-

This is a snapshot from my grandparents' cycling club.  I'm told that the gentleman fixing his tyre normally sat back while other members of the group mended his punctures for him.  This time, they made him do it himself while they watched!  Looks to me like they're all having a great time.  I'm so impressed that they were able to capture this moment and save the photo for what's probably over 60 years!
