A Look Back at My Photographs from 2015

Traditionally, as the New Year approaches, I'm taking a look back at my photographs from 2015 and as usual I'm a bit overwhelmed by the amount and variety of different projects I've been lucky to be involved in.

I've photographed the weddings of some lovely couples who've trusted me to document their day.  I've photographed families young and old, always enjoying a newborn cuddle and chasing kids around for an elusive portrait.  I built my lomography camera and photographed a roll of film of my family.  I collaborated with Beth from Sweethearts Hair Design on some styled shoots and worked with talented artists Winstanley & Nadin on projects, including raising HIV awareness on the run up to World AIDS Day.  I had a solo exhibition of some of my personal work at Burslem School of Art and documented my kids throughout the year at every available opportunity.  It's been an awesome year for my photography.

Most importantly of all, my work has introduced me to many interesting folk and new experiences and has inspired me and given me focus and distraction at times when I've needed it.  I'm so grateful that I have the opportunity to pursue this passion that is so important to me.  I can't imagine life without it!  I'm really looking forward to what 2016 may bring.

Happy New Year to you all!  I hope that you enjoy glancing through some of my favourite photographs from this year.  There's quite a few!

Thank you all for your support this year.  I really appreciate it.  See you in 2016!
