Let's Go Fly A Kite
After taking a few portraits for this family at a mini-session last year, I met up with them again for a longer family session, documenting their morning at Clent Hills in Worcestershire. I've never been there before but it's a brilliant place, run by the National Trust, with woodland paths, great views and natural outdoor activity areas for the kids.
It was a beautiful bright autumn morning and the outdoor location definitely worked well, letting the boys explore and collect sticks and stones, race each other along the paths and forage a few blackberries on their way. We reached the top of the hills and dad managed to get the kite flying! I loved capturing the details of the boys' natural exploration. A really fun morning resulting in a collection of photographs that I hope will provide them with treasured memories for years to come.
